SEA NOTIFICATION
The SEA regulation also requires the creation of a classification and labelling inventory of substances. This is simply called the “SEA notification”.

Regulation No 28848 of the Environment and Urbanization Ministry of 11 December 2013 on Classification, Labelling and Packaging of Substances and Mixtures (SEA Regulation) has defined criteria regarding determining hazards of the chemicals. After classifying hazardous, the required conditions for labelling and packaging have been identified in the SEA Regulation.
The purpose of this regulation is to regulate technical procedures and principles regarding the classification, labelling and packaging of substances, mixtures and some articles placed on the market in order to ensure a high level of protection of human health and the environment as well as the free movement of such substances, mixtures and articles.
